1. NOTES - The notes page can be viewed by both you (Project Manager) & your contractors.
2. SUBJECT - Anyone can add new subject but only you (Project Manager) can edit or delete a subject from the notes page.
3. COMMENTS - Add text and click enter to save.
4. ITEMS - This is the total SUBJECTS that have been added to the Notes Page.
5. SORT By: Most Recent is the default.
6. SEARCH - Search subject name
7. INSTRUCTION - These are just reminder instructions on how the notes page works.
8. PROJECT MANAGER NOTES - Are in BLUE
9. CONTRACTOR NOTES - Are in RED
10. COMMENTS - Click on the line to add comments to existing notes.
11. TRACKING - Site Box will keep track of the date & who add the comment. Only the Project Manager can see contractors details.
12. EXPORT TO EXCEL. - Export the notes page to the Excel.
