Subcontractor can send quotes directly into Site-Box. Project Manager can send approved quote directly out of Site-Box to subcontractor & accounts team. Site Box will track date issued & calculate the total of all the project approved quotes.
16. Approve - Approve & email contractor & your Accounts Team.
SITE BOX will issue a unique reference number & keep record of the approval
email. Go to "Sort By : Approved Quote " To see a summary of all the
approved quotes.
